The Marquee
Expand your mind with our full-day speaker program in The Marquee featuring conversations, teachings and lived wisdom from practitioners, healers, researchers and community leaders. Gather in to hear stories that illuminate and inspire and panel discussions that challenge and question. From ancient healing traditions to modern wellbeing science, each speaker brings a unique lens on how we care for ourselves and each other.

The Temples
Enter The Temples, our dedicated spaces for transformation and energy alchemy. Sessions are guided by skilled practitioners who weave ancient lineages with contemporary tools for healing, clarity and embodied leadership. These immersive sessions invite you to move beyond inspiration into integration to sit with what’s real, to shift what’s ready, and to rise with renewed purpose. Each workshop is crafted for depth, safety and change.

The Pavilions
Wander through the Pavilions and speak directly with our exhibitors, practitioners and wellbeing organisations from across Central Victoria. Our exhibitors are ready to share their knowledge, answer questions, demonstrate their modalities and help you discover what resonates. This is your chance to learn, ask, explore and connect with the people shaping wellbeing in our region. You just might find your next guides and healers.

The Circle
Step into your body for movement, mindfulness and embodied practice from yoga and tai chi to somatic flow, rhythmic release and community ritual. Across the day, skilled facilitators guide sessions designed to ground, energise and reconnect you with your own inner rhythm. Whether you’re stretching into stillness or flowing through form, this is a space to let go and release in.

The Wellspring
Step into The Wellspring, our whimsical, alcohol‑free bar at Golden Wellness Festival. A cosy meeting place where you can gather, unwind and sip delicious booze‑free alternatives, botanical blends, tonics, elixirs and nourishing health drinks.
A space to pause, chat, laugh and enjoy the festival with friends old and new.

The Wonderment
Welcome to The Wonderment, our off‑line social space led by Golden Wellness Festival’s youngest steward, Dylan. The festival’s off‑line hangout. Come play board games, read strange books, and laugh with us while we record a special podcast. They’ll be asking the real big questions: What is boredom? What is play? And do grown‑ups forget how to?

The Creation Space
The community co‑creation art activity invites everyone to craft an exciting, meaningful and possibly magical piece guided by local artists. Each artwork becomes part of the closing performance in The Circle carried or danced into the ritual transforming individual expression into a shared, living symbol of our collective journey.

The Visioning Hearth
Guided vision‑boarding and goal‑setting sessions invite you to imagine the path ahead with clarity and heart. Supported by gentle facilitation and tactile creative tools, you’ll craft a personal map of intentions. Sit alongside others and connect while you tailor your village‑made compass to carry forward long after the festival’s final circle closes.

The Food Garden
Our catering is designed to feel wholesome, vibrant, and deeply nourishing, offering food that supports both energy and ease throughout the day. Expect colourful bowls, fresh seasonal produce, slow‑cooked goodness, and snacks made with real ingredients that leave you feeling light, satisfied, and restored.

Golden Wellness Industry Network Launch
All participating practitioners, teachers, guides and makers are invited to leave their stands and join in The Pavilions to launch the Golden Wellness Industry Network from 2pm to 3pm and then join with the rest of the festival for the Closing Ceremony.

Closing Ceremony
As the day softens, we gather to share presence and gratitude honouring the day, our community, and the golden glow we’ve created together. Weaving the artifacts made by attendees together with music and dance, this uplifting closing celebration invites us to dance, reflect, and carry the warmth of our collective energy back into our lives.

The Marketplace
A vibrant outdoor bazaar brimming with handmade products, remedies, tools, art and wellness goods crafted by local and regional makers and soulful creatives. Each stall will offer something beautifully unique, from botanical blends to ceramics, ritual tools to natural skincare, inviting you to explore, and take home a little piece of the festival’s magic.
