To secure your place at Golden Wellness Festival, your 50% Deposit must be made at the time of application, and the remaining 50% Balance must be paid by 30 August 2026.
All stall holders must hold public liability insurance for a minimum of $10,000,000. Proof must be provided in the form of a current Certificate of Currency, clearly noting the interest of Golden Wellness Festival. No stallholder will be permitted to trade without this.
Stall holders leaving excess rubbish at the venue will be invoiced for removal.
Golden Wellness Festival and its employees accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or death that may occur during or in connection with the event, however caused.
Food vendors must comply with all relevant Health Department regulations, possess valid food handling permits, and follow all hygiene practices.
Stallholders must exercise care to avoid injury and property damage, especially during bump-in and bump-out.
Any damages caused to the venue or property must be repaired or paid for by the responsible stallholder.
Golden Wellness Festival is not responsible for theft or damage to products, equipment, vehicles, or personal property.
All stalls must be presented in a professional, clean, and visually appealing manner.
Stall setup and dismantling must occur within the allocated times and be conducted safely and respectfully.
Stalls must be manned at all times by the stall holder or their representative.
Golden Wellness Festival accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of displays, instruments, merchandise, or props belonging to performers or stall holders.
Cancellation by stall holder/exhibitor/food vendor after August 20, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Cancellation by Festival Organiser: Balance refunds will be issued.
Stall holders are responsible for ensuring all goods sold comply with Australian Standards. The organisers accept no liability for faulty or non-compliant goods and may refer customer complaints directly to the stallholder. Refer to the ACCC website or call 1300 302 502 for consumer guidelines.
Any spills must be reported to event staff immediately. Appropriate safety measures must be taken to prevent injury or hazard.
Golden Wellness Festival is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence by stallholders or their staff.
Golden Wellness Festival does not guarantee sales, visitor numbers, or customer engagement at the event.
Any stall holder who is disrespectful or abusive toward staff will be asked to leave the event by security and may be permanently excluded from future events.
Stall holders must not (unless otherwise authorised):
i. Sell counterfeit, illegal, or unauthorised goods, including those with trademarks the stallholder is not licensed to use
ii. Bring illicit substances, hazardous chemicals, alcohol for consumption, or tobacco products into the event
22. Golden Wellness Festival is not responsible for any government-imposed restrictions that may affect the event.
23. Stall holder Indemnity: The stallholder agrees to release and indemnify Golden Wellness Festival from any claims arising from:
a) Loss, damage, injury, or death occurring in or around their stall
b) Negligence or default by the stall holder
c) Any combination of the above
24. The organisers reserve the right to reduce event hours in the case of extreme weather or safety concerns affecting staff, stall holders, or visitors.
25. All electrical equipment used on-site must be tested and tagged by a licensed electrical contractor (one will be available on the day).
26. All customer transactions are solely between the stall holder and the customer. The Organisers will not mediate disputes.
27. In the event of a Force Majeure (e.g. natural disaster, government action), obligations may be suspended without penalty.
28. By submitting an EOI to participate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
