Venue: The Marketplace
We’re inviting health and wellbeing practitioners and product makers from across Central Victoria to join us at the Golden Wellness Festival, Saturday 31 October from 10am - 4pm at the Sunken Oval, Walker Street, Castlemaine.
The Marketplace is a vibrant outdoor zone for artisans, makers, practitioners and exhibitors. Specifications include:
Self‑supplied marquees up to 3m x 6m
Located on green grass
Tent pegging allowed
Positioned for high foot‑traffic and visibility
If you also offer workshops, group sessions or healing experiences, we encourage you to apply as a Presenter or Facilitator so guests can experience your offerings first‑hand.
All practitioners taking part in the festival will be invited to join each other for our launch of the Golden Wellness Industry Network from 2pm to 3pm.
Fees and Confirmation
Stall fees range from:
Early Uptake Open Now: $90 - $270
Uptake After July 31: $120 - $300
(see EOI form for details).
Once you submit your application, we will ask for a 50% Deposit, this will not be processed until your application has been accepted. The remainder will be due by August 30, 2026, to confirm your place. Please read Terms and Conditions before applying.

- 3m x 3m or 3m x 6m stall area (BYO marquee)
- invitation to attend the Golden Wellness Industry Network Launch Event from 2pm to 3pm in the Pavilions
- listing in the 2026 On-line Program
- listing in the 2026 Printed Program & Directory
- listing in the on-line Golden Wellness Directory
- inclusion in general festival promotions
- access to a niche wellness audience

By contributing a small amount collectively, our industry partners help generate a big regional impact, increased visibility, stronger networks, and a festival that becomes a major annual drawcard for locals and visitors alike.
