1.45pm: Meet Your Fierce and Compassionate Inner Feminine with Centre Self Collective

$45.00

The Journey Temple
1.45pm - 3pm

This session will lead a small group on a journey to meeting your fierce compassionate inner feminine. Under the guidance of Tamera and Amy of Centre Self Collective and Bree from Daylesford Apothecary, you will be invited to address 'sister wounds' and 'internalised misogyny' through wisdom weaving, optional sharing and an examination of your transformational blocks. From here, with the support of traditional natural medicine, Flower Essences, you will be guided to help cultivate and connect with your most fierce and compassionate inner feminine as a resource you can take with you.

Centre Self Collective is a trauma-informed group practice based in Daylesford and Thornbury in Melbourne, offering EMDR, including immersives and retreats, Schema Therapy and somatic approaches to support people through trauma, and a range of mental health issues. They also work closely with women navigating demanding work, family and life, and have a particular interest in supporting women through life transitions such as matrescence and perimenopause.

Tamera Broughton is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, EMDR therapist and co-founder and director of Centre Self Collective. With over 12 years of experience in mental health and related fields, her practice is informed by her social work training and commitment to clinical excellence.
