Suitable for everyone, this workshop provides a clear map for living in alignment with the natural rhythms of life. From daily, monthly, menstrual, seasonal, to the bigger cycles of Life Phases, these cycles are happening whether we pay attention or not – so grab the map, pay attention and harness the potential for harmonious and sustainable living.
Participants will create their own map to take home and immediately begin embodying the easily applicable cyclical wisdoms shared. If we are to understand ourselves – to live, create, and thrive without burnout; if we are to care for ourselves and the Earth, this map shows the way. Paper provided; bring 4 different coloured pens / markers to create your map.
Zenith Flume is a community facilitator of Cyclical Wisdom, Women’s Mysteries, and Sacred Creativity. With a background in creative and ritual arts, ancestral healing, and Shamanic Womancraft, Zenith is passionate about people reconnecting with their embodied inner knowing.
