Exhibitors EOI
Venue: The Pavilions
We’re inviting health and wellbeing practitioners and product makers from across Central Victoria to join us at the Golden Wellness Festival, Saturday 31 October from 10am - 4pm at the Sunken Oval, Walker Street, Castlemaine.
The Pavilions will be free entry and open to the public. These are large 9.7m x 9.7m professionally built marquees with clear walls and a solid roof for sun protection. Each practitioner or product maker will have their own space to use for body work or exhibition, and conversation to share information about their offering.
The doors will close to the public at 2pm and all practitioners taking part in the festival will be invited to join each other for our launch of the Golden Wellness Industry Network from 2pm to 3pm.

If this is your first time setting up an exhibitor space, don’t worry, we can help you make it feel professional, welcoming, and aligned with your practice. Whether you want to keep things simple or create a full branded presence, we’ll guide you through the options and help you design a space that supports your goals.
Before you begin, explore what you want your space and investment in the day to achieve:
Build new client base
Explain your service clearly
Answer questions
Demonstrate your service
Connect with other practitioners
Your goals shape the design, and you can spend as little or as much as you like.
Start Simple
A beautiful, effective exhibitor space doesn’t need to be complicated. Many practitioners begin with:
A tidy tablecloth
Table‑top corflute signage or a printer A4 or A3 sign in a clear tabletop display
Flyers or brochures
A practice chair or small piece of equipment for people to try (e.g., acupressure demo, posture check, massage chair)
This setup is affordable, approachable, and perfect for service‑based practitioners who want to meet people and explain what they do.
Go Bigger (if you want to)
If you’d like a more polished or branded presence, we can help you design and produce:
Pull‑up banners
Branded tablecloths
Stretch fabric zip‑up ‘media walls’ with pole system
These elements can be used again and again, at future markets, open days, workshops, or studio events.

Your contribution helps us create something far larger than any one offering: a shared movement that elevates local practitioners, strengthens community wellbeing, and draws thousands of people together for a day of connection, learning and transformation.
In 2026, Golden Wellness Festival expands beyond the festival day to introduce three new industry offerings designed to strengthen visibility, connection, and collaboration across our region’s wellness sector:
Golden Wellness Industry Network
Golden Wellness Online Directory
Golden Wellness Print Program & Directory
Together, these create a trusted central hub where our community can discover practitioners, makers, teachers, and wellness experiences that reflect our shared values of environmental sustainability, ethical care, and the meeting point between ancient wisdom and contemporary practice.
By contributing a small amount collectively, our industry partners help generate a big regional impact, increased visibility, stronger networks, and a festival that becomes a major annual drawcard for locals and visitors alike.
