Offering free movement classes in a joyful, accessible outdoor space to reconnect with your body through rhythm, breath and play. From Qigong to Yoga, each session offers simple, uplifting movement for every body.

Opening Ceremony
10am - 10.30am, free entry

As the day begins, we gather to share set intentions and give thanks to the First Nations People who have nurtured the lands that we live and practice on for thousands of years to this day despite the cultural devastation that they have experienced. Our sound healers will open the space, and we will connect before the sessions begin.

Closing Ceremony
3pm - 4pm, free entry

As the day softens, we gather to share presence and gratitude honouring the day, our community, and the golden experience that we have created together. Weaving the artifacts made by attendees together with Kirtan - live music and call and response chanting, this uplifting closing celebration invites us to dance, reflect, and celebrate the warmth of our collective energy.

The Pavilions
10am - 3pm, free entry

Wander through the Pavilions and speak with our exhibitors, practitioners and wellbeing organisations from across Central Victoria. Our exhibitors are ready to share their knowledge and answer questions about their modalities.

The Spa
10am - 4pm, free entry

Offering hands‑on therapeutic treatments and experiences, where festival‑goers can explore bodywork, strength, alignment and deep somatic care with some of the region’s most skilled practitioners. Some treatments may require a booking and/or a fee.

The Marketplace
10am - 4pm, free entry

An outdoor bazaar brimming with handmade products, remedies, tools, art and wellness goods crafted by local and regional makers. Each stall will offer something beautiful, from botanical blends to ceramics, ritual tools to natural skincare.

The Festival Feast
10am - 4pm

Inspired by cookbooks like The Enchanted Broccoli Forest - our catering is designed to feel wholesome, vibrant, and deeply nourishing, offering food that supports both energy and ease throughout the day. Expect colourful bowls, fresh seasonal produce, slow‑cooked goodness made with real ingredients that leave you feeling light, satisfied, and restored.

The Wellspring
10am - 4pm

Step into The Wellspring, our whimsical, alcohol‑free bar at Golden Wellness Festival. A vibrant meeting place where you can gather, unwind and sip delicious booze‑free alternatives, botanical blends, tonics, elixirs and nourishing health drinks. A space to pause, chat, laugh and enjoy the festival with friends old and new.

The Creation Space

The Keepers of Relics & Beasts invite you to help co‑create our Closing Ceremony’s Beast of Transformation. With all materials provided, you’ll dive into colour, texture and playful making to bring this creature to life. Guided by local fibre artist and costumier

The Visioning Hearth
10am - 3pm, free entry

Our vision‑boarding and goal‑setting sessions invite you to imagine the path ahead and craft a personal map of self-care intentions.
Sessions are guided by guest life-coaching and counselling professionals including Emma Sodamaco, Creative Reverie.

The Offline Lounge
10am - 4pm, free entry

Step into the Offline Lounge, a quiet, screen‑free sanctuary for reading, playing, chatting and simply being. Soft seating, analogue games, curious books and gentle company invite you to slow down, reconnect and let your nervous system breathe. No phones, no pressure, just presence.
